Strength Coach
In addition to serving as Bat City Track Club’s strength coach, Coach Victoria is in her fourth year at Florida State University where she she is the Strength and Conditioning coach of Softball and Swimming & Diving team, and previously with Track & Field. Coach Victoria has helped mentor multiple All-ACC performers and NCAA All-Americans in her career at FSU. Prior to arriving in Tallahassee, Coach Victoria served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York.
Coach Victoria earned a master’s degree in sports management from Florida State University where she completed an internship as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Additionally, Coach Victoria served as the Director of Athletic Performance for Florida State University Schools, where she built the High School’s first Athletics Performance program.
Coach Victoria holds a bachelor's degree in health and Fitness Promotion from Luther College where she starred on the Norse softball team and served as an intern with Luther’s Athletic Performance staff. Bailey is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine as a nutrition coach. Having completed her competitive softball career, Coach Victoria has found passion in running and has raced multiple half marathons and marathons.
